1. When maintaining or repairing, the main switch must be placed in the "off" position or the power plug must be unplugged.

2. The casing of this machine is made of a whole piece of aluminum alloy casting, and the gearbox is permanently lubricated. Please do not use strong external forces to impact the casing.

3. Coolant system: After every 8-12 hours of use, the oil pan (container plate) needs to be cleaned. If the oil turns black or dirty, the fuel tank needs to be cleaned and replaced with new oil.

4. During the threading operation, small iron filings may mix into the oil tank. Therefore, to ensure the normal use of the threading machine, the oil filter should be cleaned once a week.

5. Check the cutting blade every week and replace it promptly if it is found to be dull or damaged.

6. The claw tip in the claw should be checked multiple times per shift, and any iron filings should be promptly removed. Check the wear of the claw tips every month. If severe wear is found, please replace one pair of claw tips. Three claw tips make up one pair.

7. It is necessary to clean the die and die head every shift. If they are damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner. The die replacement cannot be done only once, but should be done in one pair, that is, four dies.

8. The two oil cups on the spindle housing should be refilled at least twice per shift to lubricate the front and rear bearings.

9. When the machine is not in use, please unplug the power plug, apply rust proof oil to the front and rear guide pillars and other operating surfaces, and store them properly in a ventilated and dry place.
