Work Procedure
When the threading machine is working, first place the pipe to be threaded into the pipe chuck, hit and clamp it, press the start switch, and the pipe will rotate with the chuck. Adjust the size of the die opening on the die head and set the length of the thread mouth. Then turn the feed handwheel clockwise to make the die cutter on the die head firmly adhere to the end of the rotating pipe with a constant force. The die cutter will automatically cut the threading, and the cooling system will automatically spray oil to cool the die cutter. When the thread mouth is processed to the predetermined length, the die cutter will automatically open, and the thread mouth processing will be completed. Turn off the power, open the chuck, and remove the pipe The threading machine also has a pipe cutting function: place the pipe into the pipe chuck, hit and clamp it, start the switch, lower the cutting knife holder on the feeding device, turn the feeding handwheel to move the blade on the cutting knife holder to the desired cutting length point, gradually rotate the handle on the cutting knife, and make the blade squeeze and rotate the pipe. After rotating 4 turns and 5 turns, the pipe is squeezed and cut by the blade.
1) Attention items for handling: Lock the die head at the threading position to fully extend the die, lock the chamfering knife at the chamfering position, and then handle it reliably.
2) Placement: When placing the machine, the length of the four legs must be adjusted to make the rear chuck higher than the front chuck. The advantage of this is that when the threading machine is working, the cutting oil will not seep into the inner wall of the pipe.
